We aim to ensure you are satisfied with our products and services. If an issue arises, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • As all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for deposits if cancellations are made within the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Refunds for defective products will be issued after a thorough inspection.

3. Repairs and Replacements

  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced at no cost under warranty.
