2. Products and Services
- We provide bespoke windows, doors, and conservatories tailored to customer specifications.
- Quotes provided are valid for 12 months from the date issued, unless stated differently on the quote given ie. one time offer.
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum deposit of 20% is required upon signing the contract.
- The remaining balance is due on completion of the work unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing within 14 days of signing the contract.
- Fees may apply for cancellations beyond this period.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
- Our products come with a warranty of 10 years.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Prime Glazing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be handled through our complaints procedure.
