FENSA – Building Regulations Compliance
Prime Glazing is a FENSA-registered installer, giving our customers confidence that their replacement windows and doors are installed in accordance with the relevant Building Regulations. FENSA is a government-authorised scheme that monitors installation standards and enables approved companies to self-certify qualifying work, removing the need for customers to arrange a separate assessment through local authority building control. Following completion and registration of an eligible installation, the homeowner receives a FENSA certificate confirming compliance—an important document that may be requested when selling or remortgaging the property. Prime Glazing have just finished replacing all the windows and front and back door at our 3 bedroom detached house in Upton Chester. They did an excellent job and I can thoroughly recommend them. Joel and Tom were polite, courteous and efficient. The price quoted was reasonable and they did exactly what they said they would do in terms of delivery and fitting. The fitters were very good and left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the finished product.
